STATEMENT: NHMC's Alex Nogales on Roseanne Cancelation

On May 29th, ABC canceled its series Roseanne a few hours after its star Roseanne Barr posted a racist comment on her Twitter account. Alex Nogales, President and CEO of the National Hispanic Media Coalition (NHMC) had the following to say: "Roseanne Barr's racist comment is unconscionable and NHMC congratulates ABC's Channing Dungey for dismissing her."
