On July 12, 2018 the National Hispanic Media Coalition joined its allies at Common Cause and United Church of Christ, OC Inc., in filing a reply to Sinclair Broadcasting’s Opposition to their Petition to Deny filed on June 20, 2018. In the reply the groups noted that the Opposition failed to address public interest harms raised by Petitioners, including harms to localism, diverse ownership, and viewpoint diversity.
