Statement on Behalf of Brenda Victoria Castillo, President and CEO, National Hispanic Media Coalition, on Saturday’s National Protests During No King’s Day

Humans deserve to be treated with respect and dignity - period! 

The generations before us worked hard and made sacrifices for us. Now it is our turn to show up, make sacrifices, and work hard in honor of our ancestors and out of respect for the generations to come.

On Saturday, June 14, join millions in the United States and globally for No Kings Day, a day of action that pushes back against harmful policies being implemented by the current administration. This is a moment to show up for each other - in the streets, online, and in every space where power is being challenged.
