NHMC Signs Letter Opposing Kavanaugh’s Confirmation

The National Hispanic Media Coalition, along with Center for Media Justice, Color Of Change, Free Press, and others have signed a letter to the Senate demonstrating our opposition to the confirmation of U.S. Circuit Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Kavanaugh has stated that net neutrality is “constitutionally objectionable.” He has expressed his disbelief that the rules would grow and diversify the voices heard on the Internet. In past dissents, he has sided with big telecommunication companies and against an open and free Internet.
