On December 4, 2018, Francella Ochillo represented the National Hispanic Media Coalition in the Multicultural Media Caucus’ Congressional briefing on digital adopters, public policy, and social change in communities of color. Her presentation focused on the digital adoption rates and behavioral trends of Latino Americans as well as obstacles posed by the digital divide. This event was intended to show the importance of understanding consumer behaviors in diverse communities so that policymakers can make informed decisions. Other panelists included:
